What is Professional Coaching?
Professional coaching is a partnership between a coach and a person who desires to be coached. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mentoring or advice-giving, nor is it intended to be a replacement for such. Professional coaching is designed to help well adjusted, emotionally healthy, effectively functioning professionals looking to grow themselves professionally and/or personally. A coach serves as a partner that leverages proven coaching methods to guide your self-discovery and increase your self-awareness, both of which can help you develop specific actions toward your individual goals.

About
Navigating intentionally is growing from where you are to where you want to be, on purpose and with purpose. Intentional Navigation, LLC was founded by Paul Hall, providing a way to pursue his passion for helping others maximize their individual potential. Professionally, Paul has worked within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry since 1998, serving as a sales leader, coaching and developing individuals and teams since 2006. Paul completed his executive coach training with Coach Approach Ministries. Curriculum included 140 hours of professional coach training,15 hours of mentor coaching, and a performance evaluation. Paul is an Executive Christian Coach, a Certified Christian Leadership Coach, and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Personally, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Susan, their three children (Carter, Avery and Jack) and their two dogs (Augie and Penny). What does coaching look like?
A coach/client partnership is an ongoing relationship that may take a number of sessions to develop. Partnerships are tailored to best meet client needs and usually last 6-12 months depending on the cadence of sessions. Coaching sessions are usually conducted virtually or via phone. Coaching can involve brainstorming, values clarification, personal assessments, homework assignments, education, goal setting, and developing action plans.
